Holly Davis, founder and President of Davis Search is a veteran of the legal placement industry with more than 18 years of experience. She established Davis Search several years ago in order to capitalize on the wealth of experience she gained by working for some of the largest, most established firms and corporations in the industry. Her entre into the placement business began with Wells International in Chicago, the largest such company in the United States at that time. Holly came to Atlanta 15 years ago spending 10 years with one of the most established legal search firms in the southeast before striking out on her own.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arizona with degrees in Political Science and Marketing, Holly sets the firm's standards for the pursuit of excellence. She has gained the trust and respect of many notable clients, including top ranked firms, boutique firms and general practice firms as well as numerous Fortune 500 companies in many diverse industries.

Holly is a true people person and loves to talk with potential candidates and active clients but feels her strongest quality is being an even more exceptional listener. She enjoys working with jobseekers, finding out who they are and what they are looking for, as well as providing them tips on their resumes, interviewing skills and career goals. Holly takes extraordinary pride in her ability to recruit successfully on behalf of both law firms and corporations.

Holly resides in a suburb of Atlanta with her family. She is currently in the frustration stage with her golf game.

Julie Srochi

Julie Srochi is a member of the Davis Search legal recruitment team. With close to two decades of legal experience, she is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our client base. Prior to joining the firm, she spent eight years as an attorney specializing in bankruptcy and creditors' rights with McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols & Clark, LLC, a well-established mid-sized firm in Atlanta. Before that, she spent 10 years as a senior real estate and bankruptcy paralegal.

After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Julie earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was a member of the University's Law Review.

Along with being an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, Julie also sits on the board of the Center for Jewish Education and Experiences and the executive board of the Women's Auxillary of the William Breman Jewish Home. She resides in a suburb of Atlanta with her husband and two children.

Bebe Bryan

Bebe is a creative problem solver with 20 plus years of professional experience within the search industry. Working at both the corporate and individual level, her career has focused on projects both large and small within Healthcare and Finance. Working in “The Big Easy” and “The Big Apple”, Bebe’s philosophy in business development - building strong trusting relationships with clients and candidates alike has served her well. Bebe's consultative approach allows a candidate the dedicated person to assist with your career development and clients the recruiter you need in locating and recruiting that critical individual. She fully assesses her clients need(s) and embarks on a relentless search of that “person” her client is seeking. She works to ensure that all commitments can be fulfilled.

Bebe graduated from University of New Orleans with a BS in Marketing and Management. She has received a number of awards and recognition throughout her professional career, but is proudest of the longstanding relationships established with clients and candidates. Settling in Atlanta once again making the South home, Bebe will focus her talents on Partner and Healthcare searches.
